What is the Pro Max LED?

Pro Max LED is an advanced phototherapy system that uses the power of light emitting diodes (LEDs) to safely treat multiple common skin conditions without pain, side effects or recovery time. Using 7 different proven wavelengths, the ProMax offers incredible results in the most popular treatments such as rejuvenation, tightening, scars and stretch marks, acne, redness, muscle tension and spasms, muscle and joint pain, and even hair loss.

 How does it work?

ProMax uses the properties of visible light at 7 different wavelengths to treat a wide range of conditions without causing damage or discomfort. The light emitted by the lamp is absorbed by a specific chromophore to generate the desired therapeutic response depending on the problem being addressed. The controlled heating produced by the light provides the cells with new energy and activates the regenerating and repair mechanisms to reduce the signs of aging and sun damage, treat acne, and diminish redness, among others.

7 cell-specific wavelengths to repair, tighten and rejuvenate.

Blue light: Effectively fights acne thanks to its purifying, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Red light: Stimulates fibroblasts to improve collagen production, smoothing the appearance of wrinkles.

Green light: Penetrates the subcutaneous layers to reduce melanin production in the skin surface, effectively treating skin discoloration and hyperpigmentation.

Yellow light: Its effect on the skin is similar to the red light’s, effectively treating redness caused by sun exposure and stimulating blood flow.

Violet light: This combination of red light and blue light eliminates acne causing bacteria, reduces the inflammation associated with acne, and diminishes de appearance of residual scars.

Cyan light: Combines the properties of green light and blue light to fight acne and simultaneously reduce hyper-pigmented spots.

White light: Penetrates deep into the tissues to speed up skin metabolism and help reduce the signs of aging.

It’s innovative ergonomic LED panel accommodates any part of the body

The ProMax LED’s innovative LED light panel is adjustable and freely foldable to accommodate different parts of the body. This allows you to optimize energy absorption for faster, more visible results in both facial end body treatments.

The panel can lay completely flat to cover larger areas like the back

Achieve a treatment area of 67.5 cm x 34 cm

And it can bend inwards to curve and reach every side of the face

This allows for more event dispersed treatments on areas like the face, stomach and legs.

High Power Animal Therapy Lamp

Red light therapy, a noninvasive treatment widely employed by veterinarians, offers a straightforward approach for aiding pets, ranging from sudden injuries to persistent conditions such as arthritis. This article aims to comprehensively expound on red light therapy for pets, addressing inquiries including:

  • What constitutes red light therapy for animals and its practical application?

  • What advantages in terms of animal health does red light therapy provide?

  • How can red light therapy be effectively administered to pets in a home setting?

  • Is red light therapy considered safe for pets?

What is Red Light Therapy and How is it Utilized for Animals? The concept of red light therapy encompasses the strategic illumination of therapeutic red and near infrared (NIR) light onto animals, aiming to enhance their overall well-being and health. This method, which is devoid of invasive measures and chemical agents, is deemed safe for pets due to its minimal documented risk of adverse effects. Alternative terms referring to red light therapy include photobiomodulation (PBM) and low-level laser therapy (LLLT).

A multitude of peer-reviewed clinical trials have subjected red light therapy to rigorous investigation and analysis. Over the past decade, veterinary practitioners have progressively embraced red light therapy as a prominent treatment option. This approach is commonly implemented within animal rehabilitation contexts to mitigate pain and inflammation, as well as to facilitate wound healing and care. Moreover, red light therapy garners extensive utilization by veterinarians to address concerns like arthritis, pain mitigation, and recuperation from injuries.

Although many veterinarians traditionally employ low-level lasers for administering red light therapy, recent strides in LED technology have yielded products like the Vet LED crate. This innovative crate offers individuals the opportunity to apply red light therapy in a home environment. The Vet LED crate incorporates light emitting diode (LED) lights, which emit red light wavelengths falling within the 660nm range, in addition to near infrared (NIR) light wavelengths within the 850nm range. The ease of use and comfort provided by the Vet LED crate renders it a favored choice among pets, potentially leading to improved vitality, enhanced mobility, and reduced discomfort and inflammation following just a few weekly sessions.

The Advantages of Red Light Therapy for Animals

Red light therapy, a versatile and noninvasive approach, offers numerous benefits to animals across different species. Drawing inspiration from its positive effects on humans, red light therapy holds immense potential for improving the well-being and quality of life of our animal companions.

Enhanced Cellular Functionality

At the core of red light therapy's benefits lies its ability to enhance cellular functionality. When animals are exposed to red and near-infrared light wavelengths within the range of 600nm to 1000nm, a remarkable transformation occurs at the cellular level. Mitochondria, the cellular powerhouses responsible for generating energy, respond to these wavelengths by becoming more energized themselves. This heightened energy production stems from the increased synthesis of cytochrome c oxidase, a pivotal protein essential for energy generation.

With cells infused with higher energy levels, their essential processes are expedited and executed more effectively. This translates into improved cellular metabolism, enhanced nutrient uptake, and fortified waste removal mechanisms. The result is a comprehensive enhancement of cellular performance, ultimately leading to better overall health.

Accelerated Healing and Recovery

Animals undergoing red light therapy experience accelerated healing and recovery processes. The increased cellular energy production triggered by red and near-infrared light wavelengths fosters the body's innate capacity to repair damaged tissues and cells. In cases of injuries, wounds, or surgical interventions, red light therapy can expedite the natural healing trajectory by promoting the regeneration of tissues and minimizing inflammation.

Moreover, red light therapy plays a pivotal role in alleviating pain and discomfort. By stimulating cellular mechanisms that aid in reducing inflammation and promoting circulation, animals can experience relief from a spectrum of ailments, including arthritis, joint pain, and musculoskeletal injuries.

Support for Veterinary Care

Red light therapy has gained significant recognition in veterinary care, aligning with the advancements in animal healthcare practices. Veterinarians often incorporate red light therapy into their treatment protocols, leveraging its benefits for pain management, post-operative recovery, and rehabilitation. Its noninvasive nature and absence of known adverse effects make it a favorable option for animals that may not respond well to conventional treatments or medications.

In conclusion, red light therapy serves as a beacon of hope in the realm of animal health. Through its ability to energize cells, expedite healing processes, and provide a safe and effective treatment modality, red light therapy is a valuable addition to the toolkit of veterinary care, enhancing the lives of animals and fostering their optimal health.
