Processing Times

For all shipments please refer to the following timeline for when all orders are expected to be processed:

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12.00 PM will begin processing that day (excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed after 12.00 PM will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed after 12.00 PM on Saturday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).


Domestic packages are shipping using the Indonesian Post, JNE, IGEL, DHL, FedEx.


Standard Shipping - Economy

Economy shipping takes between 3-5 business days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped. 

Note: Business days are Monday-Friday.


Expedited Shipping - Priority

Expedited orders will ship out same day if placed by 09.00 AM

Expedited options are shipped Monday-Saturday, and does not include Sundays.

(Ex: A 1-3 Day Priority order that ships on Friday will arrive the following Monday or Tuesday depending on the carrier volume, Ex: Holidays )


Order Status and Confirmation

Most order shipped out within 1 business day after purchase. After execute an order, we will send tracking number by e-mail, and providing inquiry addresses. We package your products securely, in order to keep them in good condition.


We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 1 to 2 business days.

Transit time is 3 to 14 days depending on your location (Most cases 2-7 business days).


A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding certain holidays.

Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information.

All orders are insured for the full value of the shipment.


Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Please Contact Us prior to placing your order for expedited delivery options. If you wish to have products shipped using an alternate method please feel free to call us and make arrangements.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are determined by the weight & size dimensions of your orders/ purchased items, the distance between our warehouse and your shipping address, and how quickly you request the package be delivered (i.e. Ground vs 2Day vs Next Day, etc.)

We do not charge taxes. Every country has its own import and tax laws and sometimes customers get charged tax for their shipments. customers should contact your local customs office for further information.


These charges (if any) are SEPARATE from ProMedicalDevices.com are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes levied on your purchases.


Those charges are the responsibility of the customer and are charges from their local government.


If you would like to undervalue of your purchases to avoid the costly taxes, you may e-mail to us. (Under no circumstances will we falsify or undervalue export or declared value documents.)


Combined Shipping

Customers may combine items into one package, and calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the package.

Items must be purchased together for combined shipping or before the shipment is processed, and items do not need to be the same.


We offer discount for multiple items purchased within 5 days to get a special discount for specific product or free shipping for a certain quantity to various countries.

Freight and Shipping Damage

Reports of freight and shipping damage should be made within 24 hours of received for parts or goods. Responsibility to note any damages upon signature of delivery receipt is held by the customer and or purchaser; customer should make notes of damages before signing but not refuse package based on visible damages.


Upon acknowledgement of damages, it is the customer's responsibility to keep together the whole order. This includes: all packaging, both interal and external.

When correct and timely reports are made of damage to ProMedicalDevices.com by the customer, ProMedicalDevices.com will take the next step in filing a damage claim with the carrier.

When damages or losses are outside of ProMedicalDevices.com control, it is not considered justification for waiver of cancellation or refused shipments.
