We are make quality control checking for every item before we sent out to customer and make sure it is in good condition. We do not send out any faulty products to customer. If goods are damaged during shipment, please save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will place a claim with the Courier/ Shipping Company. You may allow Courier Company representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made.
At Pro Medical Devices, we want our customers’ 100% satisfaction, and to ensure that every return that follows our guidelines will result in a full refund within 40 days.
To ensure quality and maintain integrity in the event of damaged or discrepant orders, please review the following guidelines carefully.
Please examine your packages upon receipt to ensure your order is correct. This can be done by identifying the box with the enclosed packing slip. Please keep in mind that with multiple box shipments the packing list will be in only one box. It is your responsibility to confirm that you have received all of the items indicated on your packing slip. Failure to report shipping discrepancies within 5 business days prevents us from accurately problem-solving the issue; therefore variances reported after 5 business days will not be credited. If the product you order is a custom order and requires a longer lead time than 7 days, a customer service representative will contact you immediately.
If you received an incorrect item we will either exchange the item at no cost to you, including the associated shipping fees, or refund your purchase price.
All returns must be authorized before they are shipped to us. Notify us via email at Info@promedicaldevices.com of your intentions; be sure to include your order details prior to return and must be assigned an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
Boxes containing product that has been written on or compromised in any way will not be accepted for return. All products must be returned in the original packaging with Include your original receipt and packed in an additional outer box to reduce the possibility of damage during return shipping.
If the product is returned in a damaged condition it will be the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the Courier/ Shipping Company.
Returns may be subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge.
Non-refrigerated product must be returned within 40 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can NOT accept returns for Refrigerated product.
Any product refused or returned without an authorized RMA will be subject to a re-stocking fee or denial of credit or replacement.
In order to keep accurate inventory levels, any replacement product that is shipped will be invoiced. Once the original product is returned, the original invoice will be credited.
PMS reserves the right to deny a return request outside of the above guidelines. After 40 days, the RMA and return option are no longer valid and will not be authorized or accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
